Tiramisu
Tiramisu is one of the most popular European dishes. It is a very delicious Italian dessert, it is the simplest dessert, always effective.
It is an original Italian word "tirami sù" which means "pull me up".
The basic ingredients for this famous dessert are: 1 glass(s) of cold coffee, 50 g of sugar, 250 g of Galbani mascarpone, 3 eggs, amaretto or rum, 1 packet(s) of boudoir biscuits, cocoa powder.
These ingredients are usually prepared separately and layered in four layers (two layers of cream and two layers of biscuits).
The stages of preparation :
- Beat the 3 eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns white.
– Puis ajoutez le mascarpone et mélangez jusqu’à ce que le mélange soit bien homogène
- Add a pinch of salt and mix with the mascarpone cream.
- Wet the biscuits in the coffee quickly before lining the bottom of the dish.
- Spread a layer of mascarpone cream on the bottom of the dish. Repeat the operation, alternating layers of biscuits and cream, ending with the latter.
- Sprinkle cocoa on the last layer.
- Finally, put it in the fridge for about 4 hours and enjoy !
