Pancakes : a quick and easy recipe

Pancakes

Pancake is a French recipe and very popular with everyone. It is a dish made up of layers of dough that are more or less thin, and there are two types of salty or sweet pancakes.

The famous pancakes, which can be adapted to all tastes, are still very popular, and to make them we need basic ingredients 300 g flour, 3 eggs, 50 g melted butter, 60 g milk, a pinch of salt, 3 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp oil, 5 cl rum. And for utensils we need : Pancake pan, wooden spoon, kitchen whisk, 1 ladle and a bowl.

Moving on to the stage of step of preparation which takes about 10 minutes :

Steps for the preparation of pancakes

STEP 1

 Sift the flour and put the sugar and salt in a bowl.

STEP 2

On ajoute les œufs et un quart du lait,  on mélange bien pour obtenir une pâte homogène et épaisse.

STEP 3

Pour in the remaining milk and mix. Then pour in the melted butter and mix.

STEP 4

Flavour with rum. Now leave the mixture to rest for an hour.

STEP 5

Il faut chauffer une poêle antiadhésive et la huiler. Puis verser une louche de pâte, faites un mouvement de rotation pour répartir la pâte sur toute la surface de la poêle,  puis attendre qu’elle soit cuite d’un côté avant de la retourner. Cuire ainsi toutes les crêpes à feu doux.

You can eat the pancakes with jam, whipped cream or sugar.
