The future industrial unit will be located in Ouled Taima, in the province of Taroudant. This strategic location will allow Comarbois to primarily target the agro-business market, especially in the Souss Massa region. This region is home to a significant portion of Morocco's tomato production, creating a high demand for wooden pallets. Agadir has been chosen as the site for this first industrial venture of the Hotelin Group, which controls Comarbois.

Omnium Panafricain de Bois will have to face well-established players in the wooden pallet manufacturing sector, such as PGS Maroc, which produces 5,000 pallets daily, and Mafibra, with its three production units across the country.
